This is, in fact, where Penny lives. Or rather where she used to live. Since Penny now travels throughout the Luronn Region her mother now stays alone until the weekends when Penny's father comes to stay for a while. Feel free to enter at anytime, Mrs. Brooke loves to entertain and is quite hospitable. If you're lucky, Mrs. Brooke may even have a present for you!
